The Ford Motor Company [NYSE:F] will have a new performance bargain on its hands if reports of the 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350’s pricing prove accurate. When it goes on sale next year, the latest Mustang variant, which made its debut a fortnight ago at the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, will bring to the table a new 5.2-liter V-8 with a flat-plane crank, unique body modifications, magnetorheological suspension, a Torsen limited-slip differential, more than 500 horsepower and 400 pound-feet of torque, plus much, much more—including perhaps a very reasonable $52,995 price tag.
